Financial Information

After your consultation, a cost estimate will be mailed to your provided home address.  Any dental insurance (or medical, if applicable) will be called and/or contacted for a request of pre-determination of eligible benefits.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, and request that out of pocket costs are paid at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Seattle Office Phone Number 206-343-7500.  

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.  Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is the patient’s responsibility.  Your prompt remittance is appreciated.  For payment plans, we offer a financing program called CareCredit.  Please inquire online or in our office about the program details.  For all patients who are approved and decide to use CareCredit, we offer the first 6 months interest free.
